Claudia Rose, Ph.D. is a licensed California broker, owner of Rose Home Realty and Rose Concierge. She's a graduate of Newport Harbor High School and U.C. Irvine. She has a B.F.A. in Studio Art, a M.A. and Ph.D. in psychology plus an Executive Certificate in Voluntary Leadership from Chapman University.

She is a published author and public speaker, yet most importantly, she is a HOME EXPERT, not just because she is a licensed realtor who helps families relocate throughout southern California.

Claudia circumnavigated the world by age 19. She has liven in and visited homes from grass huts in Thailand to ships and sailboats to rented rooms and California estates. She has been guest, owner, renter and landlord. She spent 10 years investigating homes for child abuse and 8 years certifying 100s of homes suitable for foster care.

Claudia is also co-founder and Queen of Fairy Godmother Guild, a charitable organization that empowers women to help all children fulfill the promise of their lives. 

Temecula Mayor, Michael S. Naggar, honored her as a community leader when he wrote: "We applaud Dr. Claudia Rose for her professional achievements and extraordinary service to the community. We appreciate her desire to help people gain a more positive outlook and to help change people's lives for the better."

She also received honors from U.S. Representative Christopher Cox, California Senator Dick Ackerman, U.S. Representative Darrell E. Issa, and former colleague, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who wrote to "offer my sincere gratitude for your generosity, humanity and legacy of service in the community."

Like most Americans, Claudia comes from a long line of ancestors searching for HOME by relocating to the U.S. Some of her ancestors settled in Virginia in the 17th century. The last ancestor to relocate to America was her great-grandfather, a pioneer who arrived from London at the age of sixteen with nothing but his desire for a better life. This real estate tycoon built a fifty-acre ranch in Eagle Rock, California and went on to own and develop entire city block of downtown Glendale.

Following in her ancestor's footsteps, Claudia has devoted her life to creating new possibilities. For over 25 years, Claudia has been helping people improve their lives for the better and find their way HOME.
